Jaceson R. Maughan, Commissioner, Utah Labor Commission, spoke on the potential emergency temporary standard from the Occupational Health and Safety Administration and how the emergency temporary standard would effect the state.
Daniel Burton, General Counsel, Office of the Utah Attorney General and Melissa Holyoak, Solicitor General, Office of the Utah Attorney General, spoke on the potential vaccine mandate and gave legal analysis.
