Rep. Timothy Hawkes updated the commission on the ARPA funding workgroup and it's water-related priorities.

Rep. Robert Spendlove presented H.B. 121 and explained changes that the 1st substitute will make to the original bill. He also answered commission questions.
Brian Steed, Executive Director, Department of Natural Resources, spoke in favor of the bill and answered commission questions.
Nathan Brady clarified possible action that could be taken by the commission.
