Illegal Immigration Impact on Utah
Sheriff Chad Jensen, Cache County, gave a presentation on the impact of illegal immigration on Utah's law enforcement and answered committee questions.
Proposed Federal Rules Changes
Sheriff Chad Jensen gave a presentation on recent federal rule changes affecting Utah's search and rescue volunteers and rates that law enforcement can charge inmates for electronic communications. Sheriff Jensen answered committee questions.
Rep. Albrecht moved to make a formal request to have commission representatives participate in the public hearing regarding the proposed OSHA rules changes that is scheduled to take place on November,12, 2024.
