Arent moved to replace H.B. 150 with 2nd Substitute H.B. 150. Rep. Arent moved to pass 2nd Substitute H.B. 150 out favorably. H.B. 188 Regulation of Out-of-state Distribution Electrical Cooperative Amendments (Albrecht, C.) Rep. Albrecht presented the bill to the committee with the assistance of Mr. Jeffrey Peterson, Utah Rural Electric Cooperative.
