Mr. Michael Parker, Vice President of Public Policy, Salt Lake Chamber, spoke in favor of the bill.
Rep. Arent moved to replace H.B. 150 with 2nd Substitute H.B. 150.
Rep. Arent moved to pass 2nd Substitute H.B. 150 out favorably.
