 Mr. Jason Curry, Public Information Officer, Utah Division of Forestry, Fire, and State Lands, distributed a handout and discussed the report "2017 Utah Wildfire Season Summary,"
 Chair Stratton moved to approve the minutes of the January 25, 2018 meeting.
 H.B. 172 Greenbelt Amendments (Wilde, L.)
 Rep. Wilde explained the bill.
 Mr. Sterling Brown, Utah Farm Bureau, spoke to the bill.
 Mr. Kevin Jacobs, Salt Lake County Assessor, spoke in favor of the bill.
 Rep. Noel moved to hold H.B. 172.
 H.J.R. 2 Joint Resolution Urging Congress to Relocate Federal Land Management Agency Headquarters (Albrecht, C.)
 Rep. Alrecht explained the bill.
 Rep. Briscoe moved to amend H.J.R. 2 with Amendment #1.
 Rep. Owens moved to pass H.J.R. 2 out favorably as amended.
 H.B. 97 Local Food Advisory Council Amendments (Handy, S.)
 Rep. Handy explained the bill assisted by Mr. Jack Wilbur, Department of Agriculture and Food, and provided the handout "Local Food Advisory Council."
 Rep. Hawkes moved to replace H.B. 97 with 1st Substitute H.B. 97.
 Rep. Watkins moved to pass 1st Substitute H.B. 97 out favorably.
 S.B. 34 Legislative Water Development Commission Amendments (Dayton, M.)
 Sen. Dayton explained the bill.
 Rep. Duckworth moved to pass S.B. 34 out favorably.
 S.B. 22 Mineral Lease Distribution Amendments (Van Tassell, K.)
 S.B. 22 was not heard.
 Rep. Chew moved to adjourn.
