Mr. Kevin Jacobs, Salt Lake County Assessor, spoke in favor of the bill. Rep. Noel moved to hold H.B. 172. H.J.R. 2 Joint Resolution Urging Congress to Relocate Federal Land Management Agency Headquarters (Albrecht, C.) Rep. Alrecht explained the bill. Rep. Briscoe moved to amend H.J.R. 2 with Amendment #1. Rep. Owens moved to pass H.J.R. 2 out favorably as amended. H.B. 97 Local Food Advisory Council Amendments (Handy, S.) Rep. Handy explained the bill assisted by Mr. Jack Wilbur, Department of Agriculture and Food, and provided the handout "Local Food Advisory Council." Rep.
