Rep. Sandall moved to pass 1st Substitute H.B. 212 out favorably.

Sen. Howard A. Stephenson presented the bill with the assistance of Rep. Brian Greene.
Chair Edwards moved moved to remove the colon at the end of line 25, the number one and parentheses at the beginning of line 25, the semicolon and word "and" at the end of line 28, and lines 29 through 31.
Rep. Moss moved to pass S.B. 84, as amended, out favorably.
Rep. Christensen requested that the record show that upon further clarification, he intended to vote no on the motion to amend.
