Rep. Arent explained the bill assisted by Ms. Ashley Miller, Air Quality Policy Board, Breathe Utah.
Ms. Kathleen Kaufman, Utah Nurses Association, spoke for the bill.
Ms. Shelly Teuscher, Andeavor, spoke for the bill.
Ms. Michelle McOmber, Utah Medical Association, spoke for the bill.
Rep. Handy moved to replace H.B. 101 with 2nd Substitute H.B. 101.
Rep. Hawkes moved to pass 2nd Substitute H.B. 101 out favorably.
