Ms. Joyce Dolcourt, Legislative Coalition for People With Disabilities, spoke to the bill.
Rep. Ray moved to return H.B. 109 to the Rules Committee and have staff draft a letter requesting that the bill be studied during the interim.
H.B. 382 Radiology Practitioner Amendments

Rep. Robert M. Spendlove presented the bill with the assistance of Ms. Linda Scholl, Physical Therapist, University of Utah, representing Utah Physical Therapy Association.
Dr. Maryellyn Gilfeather, Radiologist, St. Marks Hospital, and Adjunct Associate Professor, Department of Radiology, University of Utah, spoke in opposition to the bill.
Mr. Alan Dayton, Intermountain Health Care, spoke in favor of the bill.
Ms. Rika Darby, Vice President, Utah Society of Radiologic Technologists, spoke in opposition to the bill.
Mr. Lance Dougher, President, Utah Physical Therapy Association, spoke in favor of the bill.
