 Sen. Anderegg moved to place H.B. 98 on the Consent Calendar.
 H.B. 389 Manufacturer License Plates (Fawson, J.)
 Rep. Fawson presented the bill.
 Mr. Wayne Jones, New Car Dealers Association, spoke in favor of the bill.
 Sen. Anderegg moved to pass H.B. 389 out favorably.
 Sen. Anderegg moved to place H.B. 389 on the Consent Calendar.
 H.B. 396 Special Designation of Route 6 (Watkins, C.)
 Rep. Watkins presented the bill.
 Sen. Anderegg moved to replace H.B. 396 with 1st Substitute H.B. 396.
 Rep. Watkins explained the bill.

 H.C.R. 15 Concurrent Resolution Commending Jordan School District on its Fleet of Natural Gas School Buses (Acton, C.K.)
 Rep. Acton presented the resolution with the assistance of Tracy Miller, Jordan School District Board.
 Sen. Harper moved to amend H.C.R. 15 with Amendment #1.
 Rep. Acton further explained the resolution.
 Sen. Mayne moved to pass H.C.R. 15 out, as amended, favorably.
