Kaitlin Eskelson, Director of Partner Relations and International Strategy, Utah Office of Tourism, spoke in opposition to the bill.
Sen. Bramble moved to pass 1st Substitute H.B. 367 out favorably.
Sen. Bramble assumed the chair.
