 S.B. 34 Affordable Housing Modifications (Anderegg, J.)
 Sen. Anderegg presented the bill.
 Sen. Hinkins moved to adopt 1st Substitute S.B. 34.
 Sen. Anderegg explained the bill with the assistance of Peter Asplund, Associate General Counsel, Utah Office of Legislative Research and General Counsel.
 Jonathan W. Hardy, Director, Division of Housing and Community Development, Department of Workforce Services, spoke in favor of the bill. A handout was distributed.
