Mr. Brian Cottam, Utah State Forester and Director, Utah Division Forestry, Fire, and State Lands, spoke to the bill.
Rep. Duckworth moved to replace H.B. 99 with 1st Substitute H.B. 99.
Vice Chair Wilde moved to pass 1st Substitute H.B. 99 out favorably.
