 Rep. Timothy D. Hawkes explained the bill to the committee.
 Mr. Dave Davis, President, Utah Retail Merchants Association, spoke in support of the bill.
 Rep. Winder moved to pass H.B. 202 out favorably.
 Rep. McKell moved to place H.B. 202 on the Consent Calendar. The motion passed, but the committee moved to reconsider its actions on H.B. 202 to pass out without placing the bill on consent due to the fiscal note.
 H.B. 187 Professional Licensing Amendments (Schultz, M.)
 Rep. Schultz explained the bill to the committee.
 Mr. David Spatafore, Intermountain Electrical Contractors Association, National Electrical Contractors Association, and Utah Plumbing and Heating Contractors Association, spoke in support of the bill.
 Rep. Roberts moved to replace H.B. 187 with 1st Substitute H.B. 187.
