He and Dr. Beckerle responded to committee members' questions. Dr. Judith Zimmermann spoke in favor of the bill. Kris Kimball of United Women's Forum, spoke in favor of the bill. Kristen Chevrier, of the Utah Republican Women's Liberty Caucus, spoke in favor of the bill. James Czerniawski, Policy Analyst at the Libertas Institute, spoke in favor of the bill. Susan Sheehan, President of the Huntsman Cancer Foundation, spoke against the bill. Rep. Ward moved to replace H.B. 183 with 1st Substitute H.B. 183. The motion passed unanimously. Rep.
