Greg Douglas, Political Liaison for ABATE (American Bikers Aiming Towards Education), spoke in favor of the bill. Rep. Judkins moved to pass H.B. 127 out favorably. The motion passed unanimously. 1st Sub. H.B. 183 Driver License Record Amendments (Lisonbee, K.) Chair Christofferson assumed the chair. Rep. Karianne Lisonbee explained the bill. Michael Good, Senior Vice President for Health Sciences at the University of Utah, and Dr. Ken Smith, Director of the Utah Population Database, spoke in favor of the bill. James Czerniawski, Policy Analyst at the Libertas Institute, spoke in favor of the bill. Dr. Ronald Mortensen, citizen, spoke in favor of the bill. Rep.
