Heather Wilson, Executive Director, Utah Chapter of the American Institute of Architects, spoke in support of the bill.
Nick Halberg, representing University of Utah Honors College students, spoke in support of the bill.
Ari Breuning, CEO, Envision Utah, spoke in support of the bill.
Rep. Handy moved to replace H.B. 235 with 2nd Substitute H.B. 235.
