Rep. Norman K Thurston explained the bill.
Rep. Stenquist moved to replace H.B. 75 with 1st Substitute H.B. 75.
Rep. Daw moved to pass 1st Substitute H.B. 75 out with a favorable recommendation.
Rep. Dailey-Provost moved to amend 1st Substitute H.B. 75 with a verbal amendment to insert the words "in its entirety" between the words "repeal" and "a law" on line 297. After discussion with the committee, Rep. Dailey-Provost withdrew her motion.
Rep. Daw withdrew his motion to pass 1st Substitute H.B. 75 out with a favorable recommendation.
