 Sen. Ann Millner presented the bill with the assistance of Dr. Sydnee Dickson, State Superintendent of Public Instruction, Utah State Board of Education.
 Ms. Melissa Butler, Utah Republican Women's Caucus, spoke to the bill.
 Dr. Sara Jones,¬†¬†Director of Educational Excellence and Community Outreach,Utah Education Association spoke to the bill.
 Mr. Stan Rasmussen, Director of Public Affairs, Sutherland Institute spoke to the bill.
