 S.B. 147 Uniform Parentage Act Amendments (Hillyard, L.)
 Sen. Hillyard presented the bill with the assistance of Ms. Lisa Stockdale, Director, Office of Recovery Services .
 Mr. Bill Duncan, Director, Sutherland Institute, spoke to the bill.
 Sen. Hillyard moved to pass S.B. 147 out favorably. The motion passed with a vote of 4-0-3. Voting in the affirmative were: Weiler T, Escamilla L, Hillyard L, Thatcher D Absent or not voting were: Davis G, Niederhauser W, Okerlund R
