6th Sub. H.B. 128 Health Care Debt Collection Amendments (Webb, R. C.)
Rep. R. C. Webb presented the bill.
Sen. Ipson moved to replace 6th Substitute H.B. 128 with 8th Substitute H.B. 128.
Sen. Ipson moved to amend 8th Substitute H.B. 128 with Amendment #3.
Rep. Webb explained the substitute bill, as amended.
Mr. Mark Brinton, Utah Medical Association, spoke in favor of the bill.
Sen. Ipson moved to pass 8th Substitute H.B. 128, as amended, out favorably.
3rd Sub. H.B. 142 Administration of Anesthesia Amendments (Kennedy, M.)
