 Sen Bramble explained the bill.
 Mr. Spencer Nitz, Research Analyst, Utah Taxpayers Association, spoke in favor of the bill.
 Sen. Bramble moved to pass H.B. 255 out favorably.
 2nd Sub. H.B. 117 Legal Notice Amendments (Chew, S.)
