                  LONG TITLE
                  General Description:
                      This bill allows the Wildlife Board to set rules regarding duplicate licenses, permits,
                  tags, or certificates of registration.
                  Highlighted Provisions:
                      This bill:

                  certificates of registration.

                  AMENDS:
                      23-19-10, as last amended by Chapter 33, Laws of Utah 1973
                 
                  Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
                      Section 1. Section 23-19-10 is amended to read:
                       23-19-10. Duplicate license, permit, tag, or certificate of registration.
                      [Whenever any] If an unexpired license, permit, tag, or certificate of registration issued
                  under the provisions of this code is destroyed, lost, or stolen, the Division of Wildlife
                  Resources and its authorized license agents may issue a duplicate license [at a fee to be
                  determined by the Wildlife Board. To obtain the duplicate license], permit, tag, or certificate of


                  registration[, the applicant must complete an affidavit testifying to such loss, destruction or theft,
                  and provide such other information as required] in accordance with the rules set and fees
                  determined by the Wildlife Board.
