             8      LONG TITLE
             9      General Description:
             10          This bill extends a repeal date on provisions relating to notice required for residential
             11      rental property foreclosures.
             12      Highlighted Provisions:
             13          This bill:
             14          .    extends a repeal date from December 31, 2012 to December 31, 2014, for
             15      provisions requiring a notice for residential rental property that is being foreclosed.
             16      Money Appropriated in this Bill:
             17          None
             18      Other Special Clauses:
             19          None
             20      Utah Code Sections Affected:
             21      AMENDS:
             22          63I-1-257, as enacted by Laws of Utah 2010, Chapter 66
             23          63I-1-278, as last amended by Laws of Utah 2010, Chapter 66

             25      Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
             26          Section 1. Section 63I-1-257 is amended to read:
             27           63I-1-257. Repeal dates, Title 57.
             28          Subsections 57-1-25 (1)(c), (3)(b), and (4) are repealed December 31, [2012] 2014.
             29          Section 2. Section 63I-1-278 is amended to read:


             30           63I-1-278. Repeal dates, Title 78A and Title 78B.
             31          (1) The Office of the Court Administrator, created in Section 78A-2-105 , is repealed
             32      July 1, 2018.
             33          (2) The case management program coordinator in Subsection 78A-2-108 (4) is repealed
             34      July 1, 2009.
             35          (3) Section 78B-3-421 , regarding medical malpractice arbitration agreements, is
             36      repealed July 1, 2019.
             37          (4) Alternative Dispute Resolution Act, created in Title 78B, Chapter 6, Part 2, is
             38      repealed July 1, 2016.
             39          (5) The following are repealed December 31, [2012] 2014:
             40          (a) Subsection 78B-6-802 (1)(i);
             41          (b) the language in Subsection 78B-6-802 (1)(a) that states "except as provided in
             42      Subsection (1)(i)"; and
             43          (c) the language in Subsection 78B-6-802 (1)(b) that states "and except as provided in
             44      Subsection (1)(i)".
             45          (6) Section 78B-6-901.5 , regarding notice to tenants on residential rental property to be
             46      foreclosed, is repealed December 31, [2012] 2014.
