Dillon Hoyt, Planning Program Manger, Public Lands Policy Coordinating Office, presented the State Resource Management Plan.

Rep. Albrecht moved to open a commission bill file to adopt the recommended changes as presented by the Public Lands Policy Coordinating Office state resource management plan.
