Review of Gubernatorial Nomination of Jennifer Fresques as a Commissioner of the State Tax Commission
Jennifer Fresques, Commissioner, State Tax Commission, provided an opening statement on their qualifications for State Tax Commissioner.
John Valentine, Commissioner, State Tax Commission, provided support on behalf of the State Tax Commission of the reappointment of Jennifer Fresques to the State Tax Commission.
Scott Smith, Executive Director, State Tax Commission, speaking on behalf of the employees of the State Tax Commission provided their support for the reappointment of Jennifer Fresques to the State Tax Commission.
Sen. Sandall moved to favorably recommend the reappointment of Jennifer Fresques as a Commissioner of the State Tax Commission to the full Senate for confirmation.
