Ms. Kim Cordova, Commission on Criminal and Juvenile Justice, spoke in favor of the 2nd substitute.
Rep. Quinn moved to replace 1st Substitute H.B. 287 with 2nd Substitute H.B. 287.
Rep. McKell moved to amend 2nd Substitute H.B. 287 with Amendment #1.
Rep. McKell moved to report a favorable recommendation on 2nd Substitute H.B. 287, as amended.
