Rep. Potter moved to amend 1st Substitute H.B. 39 with Amendment #1.
David Damschen, State Treasurer, with the assistance of Peter Madsen, Chief Information Officer and Director of the Utah School & Institutional Trust Funds Office, spoke to the amendment.
Rep. Potter's motion to amend passed.
Rep. Poulson moved to pass 1st Substitute H.B. 39 out favorably as ammended.
Rep. Nelson assumed the chair.
