Mr. Rusty Cannon, Vice President, Utah Taxpayers Association, spoke against the bill. Sen. Mayne moved to pass S.B. 167 out favorably. Sen. Hemmert moved to move to the next item on the agenda. Sen. Hemmert moved to adjourn.
