Rep. Norman K. Thurston explained the bill with the assistance of Ms. Cathy Dupont, Administrative Office of the Courts, and Mr. Frank Pignanelli representing the Utah State Bar.
Rep. Waldrip moved to go to the next item on the agenda and recommend that the Judiciary Interim Committee study H.B. 308.
H.B. 422 Marriage Code Revisions

Rep. Stephen G. Handy explained the bill with the assistance of Mr. Lynn Taylor, Weber County Clerk-Auditor's office.
Rep. Hawkins moved to report a favorable recommendation on H.B. 422.
Rep. King moved to approve the minutes of the February 27 and March 1, 2019, meetings.
