Sara Jones, Director of Education Excellence and Government Relations, Utah Education Association, spoke in favor of the bill.
Elizabeth Weight, former teacher, spoke in favor of the bill.
Rep. Watkins moved to pass S.B. 208 out favorably.
Rep. Robertson moved to amend S.B. 208 with Amendment #1.
