Eliason introduced the bill assisted by the following: Christy Williams, Moab Museum; Forrest Rodgers, Director, Moab Museum; Lee Shenton, Utah Friends of Paleontologists; Dr. Martin Lockley, retired professor and paleontologist; Elaine Gizler, Director, Discover Moab; Jacques Hadler, Commissioner, Grand County; and Mary McCann, Chair, Grand County Commission. In addition, Jeff Rasmussen, Director, Utah State Parks and Rep. Kera Birkeland assisted in the presentation.
