Rep. Stanard moved to pass 1st Substitute H.B. 24 out favorably. The motion passed with a vote of 8-0-4. Voting in the affirmative were: Eliason S, Sagers D, Briscoe J, Froerer G, Lisonbee K, Moss J, Quinn T, Stanard J Absent or not voting were: Greene B, Ivory K, King Brian S, Wilson B
