Rep. Hall explained the bill with the assistance of Mr. Van Christensen, Financial Audit Director, Utah State Auditor's Office, Ms. Kate Bradshaw, Lobbyist, Intermountain Power Agency and Mr. Richard Beckstead, Accounting Operations Manager, Utah State Division of Finance.
