 Rep. Handy moved to approve the minutes of the January 26, 2017 and January 31, 2017 meetings. The motion passed with a vote of 8-0-5.  Rep. Sandall explained the bill with the assistance of Mr. Scott Erickson, Deputy Commissioner, Department of Agriculture and Food.
