Rep. Miles moved to pass S.B. 35 out favorably. The motion passed with a vote of 9-0-3. Voting in the affirmative were: Daw B, Kennedy M, Chavez-Houck R, Hall C, Miles K, Redd E, Spendlove R, Thurston N, Ward R Absent were: Barlow S, Hollins S, Ray P
