Prostart is a two-year nationwide program that develops students into restaurant and foodservice leaders. While attending high-school, Utah students can:
- learn the basics of food service industry;
- learn from a specially designed curriculum that emphasizes real-work experiences; and
- travel to a job-site where they can be given opportunities to practice what they have learned.
