The Legislature's general counsel and the lawyers currently employed as associates general counsel are the nonpartisan, in-house counsel for the Utah Legislature, including each of its 104 members. The attorneys at the Office of Legislative Research and General Counsel (OLRGC) are committed to professional competence, customer service, and the highest standards of professional integrity.
