Rep. Defay asked a clarifying question and suggested looking into becoming reciprocal with the invasive species requirements of Idaho, Nevada, and Wyoming.

Rep. Christofferson moved to favorably recommend as a committee bill, "Road Jurisdiction Amendments." The committee discussed the motion.
Rep. Christofferson proposed assigning the draft legislation to a Utah County legislator.

Nate Wiburg, Transportation Planner, Dixie Metropolitan Planning Organization, and Jeff Gilbert, Executive Director, Cache Metropolitan Planning Organization, presented on what the metropolitan planning organizations have been working on.
