Spencer Jenkins, Utah System of Higher Education, spoke in favor of the bill. Sydnee Dickson, State Superintendent of Public Instruction, Utah State School Board, spoke in favor of the bill. Rep. Pulsipher moved to pass H.B. 336 out favorably. H.B. 334 Civics Education Amendments (Johnson, D.N.) Rep. Dan N.
