FY 2016 Appropriation

The School and Institutional Trust Fund Office is an independent state agency within the executive branch that manages the trust fund. The trust fund includes money derived from the sale or use of land granted to the state or revenue and assets referred to in Utah Constitution, Article X, Section 5, Subsection (1)(c), (e), and (f).
