The Mountainland Applied Technology College (MATC) serves Summit, Utah, and Wasatch Counties, with campuses in Lehi, American Fork, Orem, Spanish Fork, and Heber. MATC's enrollment for FY 2014 was 917,021 membership hours, with 57 percent being earned by post-secondary students and 43 percent by high school students. Its service region includes seven school districts. The MATC offers programs in allied health care, business, information technology, apprenticeship, and the technical trades.
MATC and Utah Valley University have developed partnerships and memorandums of understanding relating to CTE program offerings and articulation agreements. Some of these agreements allow for the mutual sharing of space at the Thanksgiving Point and Wasatch campuses. This eliminates the need for duplication of space in these areas.
