Sen. Sandall discussed issues relating to the Agricultural Operations Nuisance Act.

Lincoln Schurtz, Utah Association of Counties, spoke about the issues regarding agricultural operations and their impacts.
Ron Gibson, Utah Farm Bureau, spoke about this issue.

Chair Okerlund moved to allow the chairs to open a bill file regarding the Agricultural Operations Nuisance Act.
Wildfire Management
Brian Cottam, Utah State Forester and Director of the Utah Division of Forestry, Fire and State Lands discussed wildfire management and the shared stewardship agreement with the federal government.
Sen. Sandall assumed the chair.
