Johnnie Miller, Chief Executive Officer, Utah Counties Indemnity Pool, presented about the draft legislation.
Kami Perkins, Human Resource Director, City Treasurer, City of Tooele, commented.
Senator McKell moved to favorably recommend "Volunteer Government Workers Amendments" as a committee bill.

Christy Still, Sales and Marketing Director, Summit Vista, and Chad Staheli, Chairman of the Board, Summit Vista, presented an overview of Summit Vista and answered committee questions.
