During the 2015 General Session, the Legislature appropriated for Fiscal Year 2016, $0 from all sources for Automatic External Defibrillator Account. This is a 0 percent change from Fiscal Year 2015 revised estimated amounts from all sources.

Statute

UCA 26-8b-602 creates the Automatic External Defibrillator Restricted Account to fund automatic external defibrillators and related supplies for municipal, county, or state law enforcement agencies and schools with grades kindergarten through 12 and state institutions of higher education. Counties and municipalities must provide a match of 50% to 75% to receive funding.

The monthly caseload is the number of automatic external defibrillators funded.
