The Administrative Services program provides support services for the division. All financial activities are managed through the Fiscal Management program, which includes federal aid programs, revenue collection and budgeting, as well as contracts and agreements. The Licensing Program issues and reconciles all hunting and fishing licenses with the regions and retail outlets. This program also is responsible for aeronautic services, facilities management, and computer services through DTS.
During the 2015 General Session, the Legislature appropriated for Fiscal Year 2016, $8,595,300 from all sources for Administrative Services. This is a 3.1 percent reduction from Fiscal Year 2015 revised estimated amounts from all sources. The total includes $316,000 from the General/Education Funds, an increase of 2.9 percent from revised Fiscal Year 2015 estimates.
