FY 2016 Appropriation

This fund is used for collection of debts owed to the State. The monies in this fund are to be used to offset systems, administrative, legal, and other collection costs of the Office of Debt Collection.

Appropriation Overview

During the 2015 General Session, the Legislature appropriated for Fiscal Year 2016, $37,900 from all sources for State Debt Collection Fund. This is a 48 percent reduction from Fiscal Year 2015 revised estimated amounts from all sources.
