FY 2016 Appropriation

The State Library Donation Fund was established to receive bequests, gifts, and endowments of money for the State Library. Funding is used as directed by the specific donors. The last expenditure from the fund was used to build the reading service for the blind building at the Utah State Prison.

During the 2015 General Session, the Legislature appropriated for Fiscal Year 2016, $7,700 from all sources for State Library Donation Fund. This is a 48.3 percent reduction from Fiscal Year 2015 revised estimated amounts from all sources.
