The Utah Telehealth Network represents costs of providing remote health care services.
During the 2015 General Session, the Legislature appropriated for Fiscal Year 2016, $2,459,000 from all sources for Utah Telehealth Network. This is a 1.7 percent increase from Fiscal Year 2015 revised estimated amounts from all sources. The total includes $1,103,400 from the General/Education Funds, an increase of 140.1 percent from revised Fiscal Year 2015 estimates.

The Utah Telehealth Network represents costs associated with providing access to health care services and resources remotely. The program works directly with healthcare providers, patients, and other interested parties.
In March 2014 the Utah State Legislature merged the Utah Telehealth Network with the Utah Education Network as specified in House Bill 92 of the 2014 General Session. The bill created the Utah Education and Telehealth Network (UETN).
